We are excited that you would like to register your youth for Winterama this year! Before you register your youth, there are a few things you need to know and understand. First, Camp Bethel is no longer on top of the Big Horn Mountains. 

The new location is 40 minutes west of the old location at the base of the Big Horn Mountains, on the west side of the mountain near Shell, Wyoming. Our new address is:

Our phone number and email addresses remain the same. We are still the same old Camp Bethel and still operate with the same staff and camp board; we have just simply relocated the ministry.

You will need to check-in and pick up your youth here at Camp Bethel 

​

Check-in time is 3:00 pm for each of the Winterama Camps, and pick-up time will be 2:00 pm for both camps, as well.

PACKING LIST... 

• Bible, paper, pen or pencil 

• Sleeping bag and pillow 

• Towel & wash cloth

• Personal water bottle

• Toiletries (soap, shampoo, deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.)

• Spending money (for Corner Store) Optional

• Prescription drugs in original containers and any other meds will need to be turned in during check-in 

• Flashlight (optional)

• Very warm clothes

• Snow gear including gloves

Note: Please have your youth leave their cell phones and all forms of electronics at home

FYI: There are no fuel stations in Shell. Therefore, if you are coming over the mountain you will need to fill up prior to coming over to drop off your camper. The nearest gas station is 17 miles away in Greybull.
